Account Deletion Request

BrightGlade Tales

You can request the deletion of your BrightGlade Tales account and associated personal data at any time. Below you'll find the fastest in-game method, and an email-based alternative if you no longer have access to the game.

Recommended

Delete from inside the game

The fastest way to delete your account is from within BrightGlade Tales:

  1. Open BrightGlade Tales
  2. Go to Multiplayer → Profile → Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

This is the recommended method as it instantly removes your data and requires no manual verification.

Alternative: Web request

If you've lost access to the device or account, send an email from the linked account address to . We will verify the link in our system and proceed with deletion.

Subject: "Brightglade Tales - Account Deletion Request"

We will respond within 7 days to verify your identity before proceeding with deletion. This may require additional information.

Data that will be deleted

  • Unity Player ID
  • Gameplay statistics (wins, losses, games played)
  • Cloud-saved progress
  • Linked account identifiers

Timeline: Deletion is completed within 30 days of identity verification.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained after deletion in anonymized or aggregated form to support service operation and analytics, or where retention is required by law. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Delete your Unity Player Account

Your Unity Player Account is a separate login identity managed by Unity Technologies, and it is distinct from your in-game BrightGlade Tales account. Deleting your in-game data using the methods above removes your data from BrightGlade Tales, but it does not delete the Unity Player Account itself.

To delete your Unity Player Account and the data Unity holds for it, use Unity's dedicated page: https://player-account.unity.com/delete-account.

Your use of Unity Player Accounts is also subject to the Unity Terms of Service.

Data disclosure and access requests

You may also request disclosure of, or access to, the personal data associated with your account:

  • For data held by BrightGlade Tales, email us at with the subject "Brightglade Tales - Data Disclosure Request".
